Registration Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT PLANS:

Monthly Payment Plan: Upon registration; your 1st and our last month (June) tuition and the registration fee will be paid by EFT. The Balance of tuition will be paid by EFT on 5th of your scheduled month. No refunds for June will be given. A discount has been applied to more than one student and/or more than one class. Discounts do not apply to private and semi-private lessons.

Costumes: All students enrolled in DC Dance Center are expected to perform in our June recital. Costume fee notices will be passed out by our Instructors with the amount and the date of EFT payment. All costume payments will be due and payable in full in December and January.

 

WITHDRAWALS AND REFUNDS:

There is a two-month minimum for all classes (your 1st and our last month (June). A 30 day written advance notice is required to discontinue any class. To discontinue class you must do so in person and at the front desk of DC Dance Center. Requests will not be accepted over the phone or by your child’s instructor. No withdrawals will be accepted after March 1.

To withdraw from classes a parent or adult student must:

1. Inform the dance center front desk in person and

2. Complete and sign a withdrawal form provided by DC Dance Center

DC Dance Center reserves the right to terminate classes to any students without notice. In such a case a refund for unused classes will be given. Your signature on the registration form is your acceptance to all of the rules previously stated.
