Regular attendance at dance lessons is very important as the student will learn a great deal faster. If you are not coming for any reason be sure to call so that class will not be held up waiting for late arrivals. Dancers should arrive five (5) minutes before starting so they can put on their dance shoes and be ready for dance to start. They are to wait in the lobby for the class to start. Please do your best to be on time for class. It disturbs the class when you come in late and could be harmful if you miss warming up. Dancers are to be picked up promptly at the end of class. DC Dance Center is not responsible for dancers once the class has ended. The school is not responsible for providing before or after class care for students. Parents with students under the age of 5 must remain in the school during the classes. Students are not to be left at the school for excessive time periods before or after their classes. Parents may stay during the classes; however, talking must be kept to a minimum and young children must be kept quiet so our office staff can conduct business. The studio will not be responsible for students who leave for any reason. Make sure that your child knows to wait for you inside the studio. Please pick up your child promptly. Parents are welcome to watch class through the viewing windows. Parents, please do not enter the dance studio’s during class. Parking is allowed in all public parking spots.
